We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being within walking distance of both the main train station and the city center. The hotel facilities were great, with a well-equipped kitchenette in our room that included a fridge, cooker, microwave, kettle. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a comfortable temperature. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with maps and information about the city. They even went above and beyond by providing a baby bed and assisting us with printing our boarding tickets. we had a great experience thanks to the excellent location, cleanliness, hotel facilities, and helpful staff.

It was clean with kind staff who than tells you to come next morning hoping that by then the shift will change.

It is important to note that the hotel could benefit from some renovations as certain areas looked a bit dated. the breakfast offered at the hotel was not worth the price, so we would recommend exploring the nearby city for more dining options.

As a disabled guest, I really appreciated the hotel's offer to store our luggage for free until our room was ready. The location was convenient, with a big commercial center nearby and an easy walk to the city center. There were also shops, restaurants, and a bus stop close by. The secure parking option was useful, and the room itself was spacious with a good supply of hot water for showers. The multilingual staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out quick and easy.
